Something new is taking shape in Andalucía.
We are restoring an old Andalusian cortijo and turning it into Olivae Boutique Suites; three thoughtfully designed suites, hidden among the olive-covered hills of Andalusia.
We are nearly there.
Our first stays begin this December.
Wake slowly. Linger over breakfast under the old olive tree and enjoy endless views. Head out for a walk, a village or a day in Málaga. Then come home to your private terrace and watch the last light disappear behind the mountains.

Natural materials, soft earthy tones, beautiful linen and private terraces over the valley. Every detail considered. Nothing unnecessary.

Mornings are meant to be lingered over. Or not. Always with fresh coffee, good bread, seasonal fruit and local flavours, served beneath the old olive tree whenever the weather allows.
No rush. No buffet. Just a good way to start the day.

A walk before lunch. A book in the shade. An afternoon that drifts by unnoticed.
Around Olivae, the pool, terraces and olive trees make outdoor living part of the day; from the first coffee outside to the last light over the landscape.
Nowhere you need to be. Nothing you have to do. Just time, entirely your own.
BEHIND OLIVAE
Some days are made for exploring. Go somewhere. Andalucía is waiting whenever you feel like discovering it.
Walk through the hills. Cycle quiet mountain roads. Wander through whitewashed villages. Visit local markets or hidden beaches. Spend a day in Málaga or head upon Cordoba, Granada or Sevilla. Find a long lunch at a tiny tapas bar and make it even longer.
We’ll share the places and routes we love. Not just the placet he guidebooks tell yo to visit, but the kind of recommendations we’d give a friend.

OUR STORY
An old cortijo, reimagined.
We came to Andalucía and found an old cortijo with thick walls, terracotta roofs and years of stories behind it.
Rather than turn it into a hotel, we wanted to make the kind of place we would choose ourselves: small, personal, comfortable, thoughtfully designed and connected to the landscape around it.
